About John Appleby
John has over 15 years’ experience dealing with all aspects of residential transactions and commercial property work as well as providing corporate support.
He continues to build strong links with clients, developers and other professionals in Manchester and beyond.
John has particular expertise in refinancing property portfolios and multi-unit developments, and in estate development - from site acquisition to preparing a development for market.
The property market is constantly changing and with it, the requirements of the parties involved any given transaction. John works hard to meet those requirements, with a practical approach focusing on keeping the client informed and included in the process. Good communication is key to this approach.
Outside work, John enjoys watching the latest blockbuster or obscure European film at a local cinema, walking, distance running and occasionally dusting off his road bike for a spin.
