About Fergal Farrell
He has a friendly and approachable manner which he finds invaluable in communicating with clients in sensitive situations.
Fergal specialises in Wills, ensuring client’s wishes are fulfilled, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Deputyship Orders. He also assists executors in Probate matters and estate administrations protecting them from personal liability.
His wide range of experience in many other areas including property, litigation, family and criminal law enables Fergal to take a broad approach to clients’ personal and financial affairs and to ensure that each client receives relevant advice appropriate to their wider needs.
Outside work, Fergal spends most of his spare time keeping up with his young family but will squeeze in a game of tennis or a swim whenever he can.
