About Chris Berry
Chris is experienced in providing clear and pragmatic advice to companies, investors, owner-managed businesses and management teams on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters.
Such matters include acquisitions and disposals, private equity transactions, group re-organisations, shareholders’ agreements and corporate governance compliance.
Chris also has a strong background in real-estate law which he has used to develop an expertise in advising clients on the corporate and commercial aspects of many property transactions including joint ventures and SPV transactions.
Chris is a keen rugby player and plays for a local club outside of work. He also enjoys running and is often training for various long distance races across the country.
