About Chelcea Macey
Chelcea assists Alan with Real Estate Development work.
Chelcea assists Alan with Real Estate Development work and is a member of the commercial property team.
Chelcea studied Psychology at the university of Hull, completed her GDL and LPC at Manchester Metroplitan University and qualified as a solicitor in 2020.
She is also experienced in acting for developers at all stages of their process, all aspects of commercial property including sales, purchases, leases, licences to assign, agreement for leases, and lease renewals.
Chelcea has considerable experience in all stages of property finance transactions including acting for several bridging lenders.
Outside work she enjoys the gym and spending time with her family. Her daughter is her pride and joy!
