About Anisha Aktar Allee
Anisha deals primarily with our commercial property work both contentious and non-contentious. She also has experience in dealing with residential conveyancing, private client and company work.
Anisha has acted for individuals, companies and sole traders on various commercial transactions. She has a wide range of experience in dealing with grant, renewal, surrender and assignment of leases along with handling the transfer of businesses. She has expertise in dealing with re-finance, acquisitions and disposals of commercial property.
She has advised clients on telecommunication leases and wayleave agreements gaining specialist knowledge in the installation and maintenance of electronic communication apparatus on land under The Electronic Communications Code.
Anisha also advises on all aspects of Market Rent Only (MRO) leases. She has acted for numerous pub Tenants allowing them to obtain free of tie leases under The Pubs Code Regulations.
She is bilingual in Bengali and speaks Urdu and Hindi at a limited professional working level. She studied Law with Criminology at the University of Manchester and gained an Upper Second class LLB degree. At law school he gained a Distinction in her Legal Practice Course.
