About Aidan Howard
Aidan undertook his Law Degree at Lancaster University and has completed an LLM and the Legal Practice Course.
Aidan joined us in April 2019 before commencing a training contract with the Firm and qualified as a solicitor in May 2021.
He currently assists Alan with Real Estate Development work and is a member of the commercial property team.
Aidan has experience of acting for developers on a range of different development sites and for commercial property clients on a wide range of different commercial freehold and leasehold transactions including acquisitions and disposals, commercial leases and lease renewals, licences to assign, licences to sublet and development plot sales.
Aidan also has experience of acting for various property finance transactions including acting for several bridging lenders. He also has experience acting on residential property sales.
Outside of work Aidan enjoys various sports, travelling, playing the guitar, and spending time with family and friends.
