About Simon Bowden
Simon joined Salehs in 2022, and first started working in Conveyancing in 2012. He is experienced with residential freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, unregistered titles, shared ownership properties, Right-to-Buy purchases, and re-mortgages.
After graduating from the University of Stirling in 2012 with a BA (Hons) degree, Simon worked as a conveyancing assistant, before joining a claims management team acting on behalf of small to medium sized business in banking disputes.
He returned to Conveyancing in 2016, initially as an assistant, whilst studying for qualifications in his own time. At his last firm he was promoted to the position of Residential Conveyancer and he focused on providing a personalised service to each client.
Outside of work most of his free time is taken up by running, hiking and swimming.
