Tom Wong is a Post Completion Clerk and Fee Earner with experience in residential conveyancing. He supports clients, solicitors and agents through all stages of post-completion work and property transactions, with a practical and detail-focused approach. Tom is known for his responsive communication, practical problem-solving approach and commitment to helping transactions progress smoothly.

Background & Experience

Tom has experience handling a wide range of residential conveyancing and post-completion matters, including Land Registry applications and requisition responses. He regularly liaises with clients, lenders, estate agents and other solicitors to help transactions proceed efficiently and without unnecessary delay.

Before joining Salehs, Tom worked at Dunkerleys Law as a Conveyancing Assistant. Prior to moving into the legal sector, he built over 20 years of management experience within the retail industry in Hong Kong, China and UK, developing strong client service, organisational and communication skills.

Tom holds a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degrees in Business, a Law degree and a Level 6 Diploma in Conveyancing Law and Practice. He is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

His background in both law and business allows him to take a commercially aware and practical approach to transactions. Tom works closely with all parties involved to help identify issues early and keep matters progressing efficiently.

Outside of work, Tom enjoys marathon and trail running, which reflects his disciplined and determined approach both personally and professionally. He values consistency, resilience and continuous improvement, and enjoys setting new challenges and goals.
