Rebecca Dann

Rebecca is a Plot Sales Conveyancer with over a decade of experience in residential property law. Specialising in new build developments, she works directly with developer clients to deliver smooth and efficient plot sales from issuing contract documents from the outset all the way through to completion.

Background & Experience

Rebecca's career in law began in 2011 in Nottingham, when she joined the legal sector as a Conveyancing Assistant. She joined Salehs in 2015, continuing to build her expertise before moving into her current position as Plot Sales Conveyancer in 2020.

Since then, Rebecca has developed a specialism in new build plot sales, handling everything from day-to-day transaction management through to notably complex, high-volume completions. This includes large-scale high-rise apartment schemes comprising hundreds of units - work that demands precision, careful coordination and clear client communication at every stage.

Rebecca's expertise sits firmly within plot and apartment sales for developer and builder clients. Her work spans the full transaction lifecycle: drafting and issuing contract documentation, managing solicitor enquiries, liaising with clients, solicitors and agents and handling completions.

She has particular strength in high-volume developments, including multi-unit high-rise schemes, where meticulous preparation and clear communication are essential. Clients consistently value her proactive approach and her commitment to keeping transactions on track.

Rebecca works primarily with property developers and house builders, from regional operators to larger-scale developers bringing significant new build schemes to market. Her clients rely on her to manage the legal side of plot sales efficiently and reliably, keeping buyers' solicitors, agents and all parties aligned from reservation through to completion. She understands the commercial pressures developers face and tailors her approach to meet their timelines and expectations.

Outside of Work

Away from the office, Rebecca's world revolves around her active toddler, her partner and their maltipoo, Bez (who has modelled for Pets at Home!). She’s currently undertaking a British Sign Language Level 1 course and is attempting to teach her toddler also. Rebecca also enjoys playing netball and has played since she was 10 years old.
