Julia is a solicitor bringing with her over 20 years of experience in the property industry. Having worked her way up to Partner at a top-tier national law firm, Julia has not only handled high-value, complex transactions but has also led and mentored large legal teams with a strong emphasis on excellence and efficiency.

Julia has expertise on all types of residential property matters and acts for individual buyers and sellers as well as clients with large property portfolios, investors, specialist lenders offering commercial mortgages and court of protection appointed law firms.
Julia is also passionate about innovation in legal services. Throughout her career, she has focused on improving legal processes, whether by adopting new technologies or refining team workflows. Her goal is always to make the legal process as straightforward and stress-free as possible for her clients.
Julia believes in putting people first. She takes the time to understand her clients’ goals, communicates clearly at every stage, and ensures that each client feels supported and confident throughout their legal journey.
Outside of Work
Outside work, Julia’s time is taken up by her three children, supporting her son playing for his football team and her daughters singing and dancing aspirations. Julia also enjoys training with her local women's football team and likes to read the latest thriller or spend time outdoors with friends and family for relaxation.
