Josh is the Office Manager for Salehs LLP completing a level 5 Operations Manager apprenticeship qualification to further strengthen his management skills and expertise. He has a strong background in leadership, accounting, strategic planning and business operations.
Background & Experience
He previously worked for Commercial and Business Lawyers Limited before they strengthened and merged with Salehs in December 2025. Whilst working there, he obtained a level 3 business qualification before progressing onto the current level 5.
Expertise
His key areas of expertise include performance management, HR, staff leadership, accounting, mentoring, workflow-optimisation, business support operations, staff training, recruitment, client relationship management, risk management and problem-solving/decision making. He deals with a varied workload to keep the smooth-running operation of the day-to-day practice.
Outside of Work
Josh enjoys spending time with family and friends socialising in his spare time. He is also into his health and fitness and enjoys playing tennis and football with others, along with that he is a regular gym goer.
