Georgia Shobayo is a Paralegal at Salehs Solicitors, providing support across a variety of legal matters with a friendly, organised and client-focused approach. Having gained a passion for law through practical experience within the firm, Georgia supports both clients and colleagues across multiple departments while helping to ensure a smooth and positive client experience.

Background & Experience

Georgia developed an interest in law while working on reception at Salehs Solicitors, gaining first-hand experience of the legal profession and the importance of excellent client care. Working closely with different departments provided valuable insight into legal processes and inspired her progression into the Paralegal team.

Georgia now primarily supports the Residential Property department, while also assisting the Wills and Commercial teams when required. This varied role has provided experience across several areas of law and helped develop strong communication, organisation and administrative skills.

Although not from a traditional legal academic background, Georgia holds a degree in Sociology as well as a CIPD qualification in Human Resources. These qualifications have contributed to a strong understanding of communication, people management and problem-solving, all of which support her client-focused approach within the legal sector.

Expertise

Georgia primarily supports the Residential Property department, assisting with property matters and helping clients throughout the transaction process. Additional support is also provided within the Wills and Commercial departments, offering exposure to a broad range of legal matters. Known for being approachable, organised and attentive to detail, Georgia enjoys building positive relationships with clients and helping ensure matters progress as efficiently and smoothly as possible.

Georgia works with a wide range of clients, including individuals, families, homeowners and business clients. Many clients are dealing with important personal or professional matters, making clear communication, reassurance and a supportive approach especially important throughout the legal process. Her focus is always on ensuring clients feel informed, comfortable and supported from the outset through to completion.

Outside of Work

Outside of work, Georgia enjoys travelling and taking every opportunity to enjoy warmer weather, whether that’s exploring somewhere new abroad or relaxing outdoors closer to home. A self-confessed foodie, she enjoys trying new restaurants and cuisines with friends and family and is always on the lookout for new places to experience.

In her free time, Georgia enjoys reading, listening to music and unwinding in her garden. She values spending quality time with friends and loved ones, especially during sunny afternoons spent socialising and relaxing. At home, Georgia is also kept company by her two terrapins, Norman and Sheldon.
