Emma Taylor

Emma Taylor has worked in the legal industry since graduating from doing an LPC combined with a Masters in Law course at University in 2021. She is a Paralegal at Salehs Solicitors and supports a range of departments across the firm, with a particular focus on residential property matters. Emma is known for her approachable manner, strong communication skills and willingness to take on any challenge.

Background & Experience

After graduation, Emma worked as a Land Rights Officer in Lincolnshire working with Utility companies to acquire the Land Rights necessary for electric and gas connections. She then moved up to Manchester to work at a law firm, gaining valuable experience across a range of departments and developing a foundation of Property knowledge as well as a strong understanding of client care and case management.

At Salehs, Emma primarily assists the Residential Property department but also provides support across Commercial Property, Wills and Probate, and Litigation matters. She enjoys the variety that comes with working across multiple departments.  

Emma takes pride in being adaptable and approachable, with a willingness to undertake tasks of all sizes and a passion for learning something new.

Expertise

Emma’s main area of focus is Residential Property, where she assists with a wide range of conveyancing matters and provides support to clients throughout the entirety of the process. She also works closely with the firm’s Commercial Property, Wills and Probate, and Litigation departments, allowing her to develop broad experience across different areas of law.

She is particularly valued for her communication skills, positive attitude and efficiency. Emma enjoys working in fast-paced environments, supporting both colleagues and clients alike, and helping to ensure matters are handled in a timely manner with professionalism.

Emma works with a broad range of clients, from private individuals and families to business owners and larger companies. Whether assisting first-time buyers, supporting clients with property transactions or helping direct enquiries across the firm, she aims to provide a friendly and approachable service to everyone she works with.

Her adaptable nature allows her to support clients with a variety of legal needs, while ensuring they feel comfortable, informed and supported throughout their experience with the firm.

Outside of Work

Outside of work, Emma enjoys looking after her collection of houseplants and keeping active through running and badminton. She also enjoys relaxing with comedy series, particularly The US Office and Arrested Development. Emma values spending time with friends and family, particularly her beloved Border Terrier, Jasmine.
