Ellie is a Trainee Solicitor at Salehs Solicitors. She has experience working across a number of practice areas including Civil Litigation, Residential Property and Commercial Property. She currently works in the Corporate and Commercial Department and assists clients on a range of transactions. Ellie is committed to providing practical support and clear communication to help clients navigate legal matters with confidence.

Background & Experience

Ellie joined Salehs Solicitors in October 2022 as a Paralegal, assisting the Residential and Commercial Property and Wills and Probate teams before commencing her training contract. During her training she has gained experience in Civil Litigation, Commercial and Residential Property and Corporate matters.

She studied at the University of Liverpool and University of Law. Her experience across a range of practice areas has given her a well-rounded understanding of both contentious and non-contentious legal work.

Expertise

Ellie works in the Corporate and Commercial Department, where she advises on a range of corporate transactions, including business and share sales and acquisitions.

She also has experience in litigation, having assisted with matters including landlord and tenant disputes, debt recovery and insolvency, breach of contract and boundary disputes. Prior to joining the Corporate and Commercial Department, Ellie also gained experience in residential and commercial property, including development and plot sales. This varied experience gives her a broad understanding of the legal and commercial considerations that clients may face.
