Chelcea Macey graduated from the University of Hull with a 2:1 degree in Psychology before going on to complete both the Postgraduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course at Manchester Metropolitan University. This academic background has helped shape a well-rounded and analytical approach to legal practice, combining strong communication skills with commercial awareness and attention to detail.
Chelcea joined Salehs in May 2017 as a paralegal before commencing a training contract in September 2018 and qualifying as a solicitor in March 2020. Having spent her entire professional career with the firm, Chelcea has developed extensive experience across all areas of commercial property.

Chelcea specialises in commercial property law, with experience across a broad range of transactions and advisory work. Her primary focus is on sales and acquisitions and development matters, acting for clients on land acquisitions for commercial and residential development projects. She regularly assists with estate set-up work, including easements and statutory agreements, and works closely with developers, lenders and other professionals.
Chelcea also has experience supporting on funding matters and construction related documentation, including JCT contracts. She works alongside Alan Berry on a variety of complex and high value transactions.
