Carmella Faller

Carmella Faller is a Plot Sales Paralegal in Salehs’ Commercial Team, specialising in new build property transactions. With a background across both residential and commercial property matters, she is able to support developers efficiently from instruction through to completion.

Background & Experience

Carmella graduated in Law from the University of Exeter in 2023 and began her legal career at an Exeter-based firm where she assisted with new build property purchases and sales for national developers.

She joined Salehs in October 2025 as a Residential Property Paralegal, before transitioning in January 2026 into the Commercial Team as a Plot Sales Paralegal. Alongside her work at Salehs, Carmella is studying for LPC and is due to complete in 2026.

Expertise

Carmella supports developers through the legal process of selling new build homes. She oversees transactions from initial instruction through to exchange and completion, as well as handling the relevant documentation and coordinating between parties involved. With a high volume of plots to manage across multiple developments, she is experienced in keeping multiple transactions on track.

Carmella works primarily with property developers on new build plot sales. From managing multiple simultaneous completions to meeting tight deadlines, Carmella works to keep transactions moving efficiently and smoothly on their behalf.

Outside of Work

During her undergraduate degree, Carmella mentored students on the Sutton Trust Pathways to Law Programme, supporting college students with their university applications.

Outside of the office, Carmella is a dedicated organist and choir member at her Church. Having recently relocated from Exeter to Manchester, she has been making the most of the North- from driving out to explore new places and tackling Mount Snowdon, to trying out the great restaurants the city has to offer.
