About Jasmin Knowles
Jasmin is a member of the commercial property team, and assists Alan with Real Estate Development work.
Jasmin studied Politics and International Relations at the University of Nottingham, and went on to complete the GDL at the University of Law. Following her training period at Salehs, she worked in house for a year at an Insolvency Practice, acting for bridging lenders to realise property assets for recovery, before completing the SQE exams and qualifying as a solicitor in 2024.
Jasmin acts on various general commercial property transactions, including acquisitions and disposals, as well as dealing with landlord and tenant work and assisting on developments. She also has experience handling residential property transactions, and acting for bridging lenders at loan origination.
When not at work, you can find her spending time with her dog Rocky, baking, or training for half marathons (and contemplating her decision to sign up!).
