I have appreciated a personal service, good communication and timely resolution of all matters concerned with may parents' probate.
I must thank you, Fergal, for your personal and intuitive service in dealing with my rather complex problems. You fully understood my intentions and made your own important additions to my will after just one meeting. I was so impressed that not a single alteration needed to be made to your original draft. Congratulations on a job well done.
We have been delighted with your service in particular and it was a privilege to have dealt with you Fergal, on a personal level.
I appreciate that this job was full of hazards and I'm happy that you brought it all to a satisfactory conclusion.
Words are inadequate to let you know how grateful I am that you have sorted everything out for me. It has been so complex and I have been able to trust it all to your good hands.
