As soon as you agree a sale of your property it is important to instruct us to ensure that all the relevant information can be compiled in the Contract pack and provided to the buyers’ solicitor.
The more information that can be provided at the outset the smoother and more efficient the sales process will be. In addition to ensuring satisfactory completion of the transaction we would normally expect to ensure payment of the Estate Agents’ fee and payment of any subsisting mortgage.
