Alan joined the Firm in 2005 to oversee its expansion and development. A professional manager with an MBA he is tasked to ensure that the Firm meets its targets for growth. With particular expertise in strategy and organisation he cites the managing and merger of the acquisiton of Fisk Priest Swain into the Firm as a particular success.
Alan as our Practice Manager ensures that the firm is run effectively as well as managing our client care and marketing programs.
