Richard covers a wide range of corporate and commercial matters including corporate finance, acquisitions and disposals, commercial agreements and secured finance. He has acted for private and public companies as well as institutional clients.

Having set up the Firm in 1987, he has overseen its growth, development and expansion by a combination of organic growth, acquisitions and practice development and he attributes successful development of the Firm to ensuring a good understanding of clients’ needs and expectations.
