Probate
At Salehs we have considerable experience of administering estates of all types and sizes, from simple non-taxable to large taxable estates where there may be foreign assets or foreign domicile to consider. We will help you through the sometimes challenging process of obtaining the Grant of Probate (where there is a will) or Grant of Letters of Administration (where there is no will), collecting in the assets of the estate and discharging any liabilities, through to distributing the estate according to the terms of the will or the rules of intestacy.
